先把MSN关了
下载以下全部文件，全部下载完解压缩weather.zip
解压缩后，把文件夹里的WEATHER文件夹复制到C:\\Program Files\\MSN Messenger\\MSN Tab\\weather\\ 目录可以自己添加

用记事本打开这个文件，路径为下：
windows 9x
【系统盘符】:\\WINDOWS\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\MSN Messenger\\随机数字

windows2000/ XP
【系统盘符】:\\Documents and Settings\\【XP登录名】\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\MSN Messenger\\【随机数字】\\ConfigCache.xml

注：【】中的按照自己的电脑设置来填写。

然后修改ConfigCache.Xml，找到《 msntabdata 》，在下面增加 (note : change the《 to < & 》to > )
